Recently, in a scoop by renowned journalist Shms, American basketball darling Peaches-Box has signed a pro bono contract with the newly established women’s basketball league, Unrivaled. This makes her the first NCAA player to have a league ownership, and she is expected to join Unrivaled and the WNBA after her university career.
Unrivaled was initiated by last season’s WNBA MVP, Stewart, and it has already attracted several WNBA stars such as Collier, Plum, and Rizz to its ranks.
For next season, Peaches will represent UConn in the Big East tournament. As the only freshman to win the National Player of the Year award, her goal is to secure an NCAA championship. She is also the unanimous top pick for the 2025 WNBA draft.
