CBA New Season Preview for Liaoning Team: Core Roster Upgraded Again as Liaoning Aims for a Fourth Consecutive Championship

The new season of the CBA is about to begin, and today we introduce you to one of the top teams in the CBA – Liaoning Men’s Basketball.

Review of last season:

Liaoning Men’s Basketball, with Zhao Jiwei and Zhang Zhenlin as absolute core players, along with the double foreign player system of Morand and Fugge, achieved a record of 43 wins and 9 losses in the regular season, ranking first in the standings. In the playoffs, they defeated Shenzhen 3-0, Guangdong 3-2, and Xinjiang 4-0 to win the championship.

Changes during the off-season:

The roster adjustments made by Liaoning Men’s Basketball during the off-season were relatively significant compared to the past two years. They brought in Wang Lanqin, Achour, and Shayok, while key players leaving included Morand and Guo Ailun who has yet to return from injury.
