According to BBC Sports, Manchester United defender Wan-Bissaka is set to join the Turkish powerhouse Galatasaray. The deal, which has been in the works, is reportedly nearing completion. Wan-Bissaka was a top target for Galatasaray during the summer transfer window. With one year left on his contract at United, the club has priced him at £17 million.
If the official transfer to Galatasaray materializes, Wan-Bissaka will reunite with his former Crystal Palace teammate Zaha, who joined the team on a free transfer last summer. It’s understood that the Turkish side will offer him a four-year deal.
In addition, Manchester United is expected to undergo a major overhaul this summer. While players like Mendy, Gana, Onana, Hoyrer, Dalot, and Lima are off-limits, the club is open to listening to offers for the rest of their squad.
