The Croatian Football Federation (HNS) has announced that the team has been fined a total of 28,000 euros due to fans lighting smoke bombs (17,500 euros) and throwing them (10,500 euros) during the match between Croatia and Albania.
It’s worth noting that Croatia had already been fined following their group opener, a 0-3 loss to Spain. In response, the HNS expressed gratitude for the strong support from Croatian fans and reiterated its appeal for them not to light or throw flares.
