English Fan: Extremist Environmentalists' Vandalism at Stonehenge Ruins 'Magic' Supporting the Team

According to The Sun today, a fan identifying himself as King Arthur Pendragon believes that recent extreme actions by environmental activists at Stonehenge have disrupted the “magic” he cast for the England team, contributing to their poor form.

Yesterday, two activists affiliated with the group “Stop Oil” sprayed orange powder on the iconic site, leading to their arrest. Pendragon had used Stonehenge to bless the England national team prior to the match, and he feels that this disruption has affected his “magic.”

Pendragon remarked, “These protesters have seriously disturbed the sanctity and reverence of the site. It’s now much harder for our powerful intentions to reach the England squad. The orange powder not only defiled the stones but also interfered with their mystical power. These people are heretics. The irony is that these environmentalists have gone against our own principles; we too care deeply about the natural environment.”

The fan, whose real name is John Timothy Roswell, assumed the identity of the legendary King Arthur Pendragon 37 years ago, believing himself to be the reincarnation of the historical figure.
