According to German Sky Sports journalist Kerry Hau, Kingsley Coman is mulling a departure from Bayern Munich, while Serge Gnabry is determined to stay and impress new manager Vincent Kompany.
Kerry Hau tweeted:
Kingsley Coman is considering leaving Bayern, whereas Gnabry wants to stay and convince Kompany. Gnabry isn’t in talks with any clubs.
In an interview with us, Gnabry said, “We’re really looking forward to the new season. Last season was definitely not the ideal outcome, and personally, I didn’t have it easy with injuries. So we’re all eager to get back out there. Everything starts anew, and we’ll do our best to excel.”
The attacker, who missed over 20 matches last season and played only 764 minutes, is absolutely open to extending his current contract (which expires in the summer of 2026) with Bayern.
