On July 9th, Serie A club ACF Fiorentina officially announced the signing of Moise Kean. The transfer fee is set at 13 million euros with an additional 5 million euros in variable bonuses.
The young player, born in 2000, previously played for Serie A giants Juventus, helping the team win three league titles.
Previously, Kean was on the verge of joining La Liga powerhouse Atlético Madrid. He underwent a medical with the Rojiblancos but it was discovered that he still had a certain degree of injury that would require time to recover. Unwilling to wait any longer, the Spanish giants informed the Italian forward that they would not be loaning him.
Last season, he made 12 appearances for Juventus (6 starts) and has yet to contribute a goal or assist.
