On July 9th, Bristol City officially announced the transfer of Machida Zelvia’s forward, Yu Hirahe, to their team.
Yu Hirahe is currently 23 years old, having graduated from Yamanashi Gakuin University. He joined Machida Zelvia in 2021 and was part of the team that won the J2 League championship in the 2023 season. This season, Hirahe has made 19 appearances for Machida Zelvia, scoring 2 goals and providing 6 assists. Additionally, Hirahe has been included in Japan’s Olympic squad for the Paris Olympics.
