The first team consists of: GG Jackson (Grizzlies), Jordan Miller (Clippers), KJ Pippen Jr. (Grizzlies), Jalen Shepard (Rockets), and Mychal Velli (Heat). Third overall pick Jalen Shepard was among the top-performing rookies, averaging 20 points, 4.8 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 2.8 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game.

The second team includes: Carrington (Wizards), Klingen (Trail Blazers), Khyree Tyler (Heat), Walker (Pacers), and Wilson (Nets).

Notably, the No. 1 pick Rishaad (Hawks) and No. 2 pick Sal (Wizards) did not make the cut for either of the best teams.
