The Executive Committee of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) has made important decisions for next season’s Vietnamese football league:
1. Each club will be allowed to register 2 non-naturalized overseas Vietnamese players, who will not count towards the foreign player quota.
2. Clubs participating in the Southeast Asian Football Championship/AFC club-level competitions can register up to 5 foreign players, but can only use a maximum of 3 foreign players in domestic league matches.
