Men's Foil: Cheung Ka-long Reverses to Successfully Defend Title, Hong Kong Claims Second Gold

On July 30, in the Men’s Individual Foil final at the Paris Olympics, Hong Kong’s star fencer Cheung Ka-long, facing a disadvantage of being down 12-14, fought back tenaciously to score three consecutive points and ultimately defeated Italian foil fencer Filippo Magni 15-14, successfully defending his title and winning the gold medal. This is also the second gold medal for the Hong Kong delegation at these Olympic Games.
