According to Sky Sport Italia, AC Milan has not given up on Brazilian full-back Emerson and has made an offer of €15 million.
It is reported that Milan has been in contact with Tottenham Hotspur, hoping to reach a final agreement to sign Emerson, but they have yet to come to terms as Spurs are asking for €20 million.
The 25-year-old Emerson can play in multiple positions and made 22 appearances for Spurs last season, scoring one goal.
