Milano Sport has updated the transfer developments regarding Tottenham Hotspur’s full-back Emerson and Monaco midfielder Fofana.
Emerson
In line with Fonseca’s recruitment requirements, Milan has already increased its offer for Tottenham full-back Emerson, reaching an amount of 19 million euros, which is very close to Tottenham’s psychological expectation. However, it is still 1 million euros short of the 20 million euro price tag. Since Tottenham is not in a hurry to sell, Milan needs to continue increasing its offer.
Fofana
Milan began contacting Monaco midfielder Fofana before the start of the European Championship; his contract will expire next season. Previously, Milan had reached an agreement with West Ham United for a transfer fee of 14 million euros plus bonuses. However, West Ham intervened directly with a 35 million euro offer, which Monaco accepted. Milan has further increased its offer based on the original agreement but will not match West Ham’s 35 million euro bid.
