According to the British Mail, Premier League newcomers Ipswich Town have already reached an agreement with Chelsea for the transfer and are about to bring in forward Armando Broja on loan.
Ipswich Town will loan Broja for a season, with a £30 million optional buyout clause included in the contract. If Ipswich Town successfully avoid relegation, the clause to buy Broja will be automatically triggered. Broja is expected to undergo a medical examination with Ipswich Town tomorrow.
Chelsea are about to officially sign Felix, and they also hope to sign another forward, with Osimhen being their top target.
