The PFA has announced the Premier League Team of the Year: Raya, Saliba, Van Dijk, Odegaard, Walker, Rodri, Gabriel Magalhães, Rice, Haaland, Foden, Watkins. 
Erling Haaland led his team to a record-breaking fourth Premier League title with 27 goals, making it into the top 11 players voted by their peers.
Rodri has been a mainstay in Guardiola’s team as a midfielder, making the Team of the Year for the second consecutive time, and this season saw him score the most league goals so far, with a total of 8.
Phil Foden was also recognized by the club for his outstanding performances, scoring 19 league goals throughout the season, totaling 27 goals, and playing a pivotal role in Manchester City’s key moments this year, including scoring twice on the final day of the season to help City clinch the title.
Manchester City captain Kyle Walker also played a significant role in City’s title win. The defender made 47 appearances across all competitions and was named to the PFA Team of the Year for the fourth time.
Runners-up Arsenal have five players included in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year. Goalkeeper David Raya conceded only 29 goals during the season and earned the Golden Glove award with 16 clean sheets, securing his place in the best eleven.
William Saliba was also included in this team, playing every minute of the season for the Gunners, something no Arsenal player in the Premier League era had achieved before. Central defender Gabriel Magalhães was also included in this team due to his outstanding defensive performances in the 2023/24 season.
Gunner’s captain Martin Ødegaard brought stellar performances in midfield for the team, marking his second inclusion in his career. The 25-year-old created the most goal-scoring opportunities in the league.
Declan Rice performed admirably in his first season at Arsenal, demonstrating composure and consistency in all 38 league games, cementing his place in the PFA Team of the Year.
PFA members once again selected Liverpool’s Virgil van Dijk into the best lineup. The ever-reliable Dutch player was named to the PFA Premier League Team of the Year for the fourth time, making 48 appearances across all competitions.
Watkins excelled for Aston Villa, with the forward contributing to 38 goals in his fourth season at Villa Park.
