Transfer expert Romano reports that the 37-year-old Bosnian goalkeeper, Begovic, is set to return to Everton.
Last season, Begovic served as the main goalkeeper for Queens Park Rangers in the Championship, making 46 appearances and keeping 13 clean sheets. In late June, Begovic’s contract expired, leaving him a free agent. Romano states that Begovic has already reached an agreement with Everton, and both parties will sign a one-year contract, with the transfer expected to be officially announced soon. Begovic previously played for Everton from 2021 to 2023.
