MALAYSIAN SUPER LEAGUE HALFTIME: Akmal’s repeated heroic saves, Saifooq creating danger, Kedah – Pahang at halftime

At 21:00 on September 20th, the 11th round of the Malaysian Super League saw Kedah host Pahang at their home ground.

In the 12th minute of the match, Andik nearly got a one-on-one chance, but Akmal rushed out to clear the ball first.

In the 13th minute, Sherman’s volley in front of the goal was blocked by Akmal, and then the linesman raised his flag for offside.

In the 17th minute, Nurulloev cut inside from the right flank and passed the ball to the left side, where Gordić’s long-range shot went wide.

In the 20th minute, Hidalgo’s free-kick from the left side was headed over the crossbar by Sherman.

In the 23rd minute, Saifooq played a return pass in the penalty area, Nord’s follow-up shot was brilliantly saved by Ariff. One minute later, Nord sent a cross from the left, and Caeldert’s header went over the crossbar.

In the 27th minute, Jamalludin’s shot from a tight angle on the left side slid past the goal.

In the 28th minute, Nurulloev’s cross from the right side was poked towards goal by Saifooq but was brilliantly saved by Ariff.

In the 36th minute, Agüero’s long-range shot from outside the penalty area was tipped over the line by Akmal.
