La Liga club Real Betis has officially announced that the team’s forward, Roque, has suffered a minor sprain to the medial ligament of his left ankle. Further assessment of the injury will be conducted.
In the previous league match where Betis lost 1-2 to Mallorca, Roque started the game and was substituted out in the 69th minute due to injury, replaced by Bakambu. Post-match, Roque underwent diagnosis which confirmed the extent of his injury.
This season, Roque joined Betis on loan from Barcelona and has made four appearances across all competitions, scoring one goal.
