According to the official announcement, during the 26th round match between Qingdao West Coast and Shenzhen Xinpengcheng on September 22, Zhou Cong, an official from Shenzhen Xinpengcheng Club, damaged items such as ice buckets, air conditioners, and door locks in the team’s locker room, causing adverse effects.
The FA Disciplinary Committee, based on relevant provisions of the “Chinese Football Association Disciplinary Code,” banned Zhou Cong from entering the stadium for two matches and imposed a fine of 20,000 RMB.
