According to journalist Sky Sports, Sporting CP forward Zeklaris has become a transfer target for Arsenal.
During this summer transfer window, Arsenal was linked with forwards such as Osimhen and Toney, but ultimately only added Sterling to their attack.
The 26-year-old Zeklaris started his career with Swedish club Brommapojkarna and subsequently played for Brighton, St. Pauli, Swansea, Coventry, and others. In the summer of 2023, he joined Sporting CP for a transfer fee of 24 million euros. In the 23/24 season, he made a total of 50 appearances for Sporting CP, scoring 43 goals and providing 15 assists.
This season, Zeklaris has continued his excellent form, contributing 11 goals and 3 assists in 8 appearances.
