The All England Club has announced that the 2024 Wimbledon Championships will have a record prize money purse of £50 million. The men’s and women’s singles champions will receive £2.7 million, with runners-up taking home £1.4 million. Even first-round singles losers will be guaranteed £60,000.
Compared to 2023, doubles prize money will increase by 11.9%, while qualifying prizes will rise by 14.9%. Wimbledon’s total purse has doubled from £25 million in 2014.
