【Official Announcement】After friendly communication between both parties, Qingdao Guoxin Haitian Basketball Club has officially completed the signing with Omogega Gibson. According to CBA company registration management regulations, after review and public disclosure by the CBA company, Omogega Gibson will officially represent Qingdao Guoxin Haitian Basketball Club in the 2024-2025 season of the CBA Professional League.

Omogega Gibson, born on July 4, 1998, is 185cm tall, weighs 77kg, and has a wingspan of 196cm, playing as a guard. Omogega Gibson is renowned for his scoring ability, particularly showing consistency in outside shooting, with excellent ball-handling and driving skills, often finishing scores by breaking into the defense. Besides being strong in scoring, he also possesses good passing vision, able to create scoring opportunities for teammates. His 196cm wingspan gives him a clear advantage on the defensive end, especially in steals, where he completed 61 steals in the 2022-2023 season, ranking second in the Big East region, and made 5 steals in his debut game in the German league this year.
