The registration shows that Tianjin Ronggang has cut Donnell Cooper. Cooper was an undrafted player in the NBA’s 2013 draft. Last season, he played in the French league, averaging 10.4 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 11.7 assists in 32.7 minutes per game.
