According to a report by ESPN’s well-known reporter @Brian Windhorst, the Denver Nuggets are in negotiations with Aaron Gordon for an extension.
Brian Windhorst stated: “Sources tell me that the Nuggets are in talks with Aaron Gordon about a contract extension. He is eligible for a four-year, approximately $150 million early extension. However, the Nuggets have not offered him this deal, or he would have signed it already. I believe they are negotiating, and the Nuggets hope to sign him below the max salary.”
In the 2023-24 season, Gordon averaged 13.9 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 3.5 assists during the regular season; in the playoffs, he averaged 14.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 4.4 assists.
