Today, the Miami Heat announced that they will sign a two-way contract with Josh Christopher and waive two-way guard Zion Prunty.
Christopher previously helped the Heat win the Summer League championship, delivering an outstanding performance in the finals, where he scored 24 points, grabbed 4 rebounds, dished out 1 assist, recorded 3 steals, and had 2 blocks, earning him the Finals MVP title.
Over six Summer League games, Christopher averaged 19.3 points, 3 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 2 steals per game, shooting 54.1% from the field, 52.5% from three-point range, and 100% from the free-throw line.
