Hpshype evaluates the NBA’s big list: James ascends to the top for the first time in 21 years, alongside Kobe, Shaq, Garnett, and Curry

On August 14, the well-known basketball media HoopsHype updated its list of the top 78 players in history (the 78th season of the NBA).

Notably, in this year’s ranking, James ranked first for the first time in 21 years, surpassing Jordan: “James surpassed Jordan on our list after 21 years.”

Both James and Jordan had a voting percentage of 99.38%, but HoopsHype stated that the final tie was broken by the editor-in-chief, placing James as the top player in history.
