On October 18, the official Nanjing men’s basketball team announced that they will henceforth use “Nanjing Toupai Sujiu Team” as the official name for the team.

For the 2024-2025 CBA season, the full name of our club’s team is “Nanjing Tongxi Dajiang Club Toupai Sujiu Basketball Team,” with the abbreviated name being “Nanjing Toupai Sujiu.” To further shape the team’s brand image, enhance team cohesion, and better convey the team spirit, we must uniformly use the above full or abbreviated name as the official team designation. This name not only reflects our close cooperation with our sponsors but also carries the rich cultural heritage and basketball spirit of the city of Nanjing.

This season marks the second year of our naming rights partnership with “Toupai · Sujiu,” a brand under Jiangsu Shuanggou Liquor Co., Ltd.
