I only played public matches, streaming with friends and the audience. Four months ago, I joined Imperial, and now I’m here at the Major.
Q: This is your second offline Major in your career. Did you feel any nerves in such a big event?
Strangely enough, I never felt nervous because my mindset was to enjoy the game as much as possible. I’ve been focusing on enjoying every moment with my teammates, who have always supported me. I see everything as fun, something to enjoy and have a good time with, so there were no nerves. Instead, it’s an amazing moment, a great place, and it’s really fun to play here.
Q: You had your best performance against Virtus.pro. Was there anything different in your approach to that match compared to others?
Actually, there wasn’t anything different. I just played deathmatch, bots at night, and discussed map ideas and new tactics with Rafael Fernandes | zakk and the other teammates. We all do that, but during the matches, we stay calm and smiling, really enjoying it and trying to savor every moment, as it’s a very special time for my life and career.
Q: You’re currently leading 1-0. How will you prepare for your second match?
We’ll analyze recent games, study other maps, and practice again, non-stop.
