Tielemans: Belgium's Team Will Keep Shooting, Hoping for the Next One to Find the Net

In the second round of Group E at the European Championship, Belgium faces Romania. Ahead of the match, Belgian midfielder Youri Tielemans stated that the team won’t panic after their first defeat.

Tielemans said, “We have to keep shooting and hope that the next one goes in. We must remain calm when we’re facing the goal. We don’t have extra shooting practice; we just need to make the right decisions in Romania’s box.”

“They will play very compact and try to capitalize on our mistakes for goals. We must be aware of that. We know what we have to do. There was a lot of frustration after the Slovakia game, but that’s football. Now, we must show our quality.”

In the opening 1-0 loss to Slovakia, Tielemans came on as a substitute, playing the last 15 minutes of the match.
