On July 4th, according to renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano, Napoli is set to sign Raúl María Martín from Real Madrid for a transfer fee of €12 million.
Romano reveals that Real Madrid has a buyback option in the deal for Marín, with a fee of €25 million in 2026 and €35 million in 2027.
Interestingly, in 2025, Napoli has the chance to pay an additional €1 million, which would double the buyback clause to €50 million in 2026 and €70 million in 2027.
Last season, Marín joined La Liga side Alavés on loan, making 35 appearances across all competitions, starting 28 of those matches.
