On July 6th, Inter Milan officially announced the signing of 30-year-old Polish midfielder Piotr Zielinski on a free transfer. The contract between the club and the player is set to run until June 30, 2028.
Born in 1994, Zielinski’s deal with the Nerazzurri will see him play for the club until he’s 34.
The talented midfielder, known for his long-range shooting, played a crucial role in helping Napoli win their historic Serie A title during the 2022/23 season.
A key figure for the Polish national team, Zielinski has made 93 appearances, scoring 12 goals. He has also featured in three UEFA European Championships and two FIFA World Cups, netting a goal in Poland’s 2-0 victory over Saudi Arabia in the 2022 tournament.
