On July 15th, according to The Sun, Real Madrid is preparing to put Mbappe on a fitness program similar to that of Cristiano Ronaldo’s, in order to transform his physique before the start of the new season.
With Mbappe’s contract with Paris Saint-Germain having expired, he has signed a five-year deal with Real Madrid and will be playing for the Galacticos in the upcoming season. Real Madrid will strictly control Mbappe’s diet, including the intake of foods like swordfish and chicken, as well as regular swimming sessions and the use of cryotherapy chambers, to ensure his athletic performance. Fitness coach Pintus, who is part of the Real Madrid squad, will help Mbappe with his recovery plan.
On August 15th, Real Madrid will face Atalanta in the European Super Cup. Pintus’ task is to ensure that Mbappe reaches peak condition in time for the match, giving Real Madrid the best possible chance to win the Super Cup title.
During his time at Real Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo performed exceptionally well, scoring a total of 450 goals in nine seasons with the Galacticos and winning 16 titles, including four Champions League trophies. Despite being 39 years old now, Ronaldo still maintains excellent physical condition and participated in the Euros this summer with the Portuguese national team.
