Mbappe’s Mother: If There’s No Other Way, We’ll Have to Take PSG to Court for Unpaid Wages

However, transferring to Real Madrid meant the end of a relationship, as well as unresolved financial disputes. The controversy over bonuses and wages between Mbappe and PSG has yet to be settled, requiring both sides to sit down and negotiate a resolution. “The matter is ongoing. It’s now being handled by Kylian’s agent. But I trust that PSG will soon normalize things. We’ve just received a letter from them. They will make a decision. Sometimes, when two people split up, they need to decide who keeps the TV, who keeps the furniture or the car… That’s what we’re doing now.”

Regarding whether they would take PSG to court, Mbappe’s mother said, “If we have no other choice, of course, we will. Now, I really hope they respect the contract we signed two years ago. Stop talking about what Kylian said or didn’t say, did or didn’t do… In reality, no one can say what happened, I can’t, nor can the representatives of PSG, because for two years, Kylian and the president met alone, except for one time. And this didn’t prevent Kylian from continuing to play after announcing the news in February…”
