On July 10, Girona officially announced that 18-year-old young Ajax forward Gabriël Misehouy has joined the team, with both parties signing an agreement until June 2028.

Gabriël Misehouy, aged 18, will be a player of Girona FC for the next four seasons. The Dutch forward from Ajax has joined on a free transfer and signed a contract lasting until June 2028, having already passed his medical examination.
Gabriël Misehouy is an extremely offensive player capable of playing as an attacking midfielder or even as a winger. He stands out for his “dribbling,” which allows him to navigate tight spaces effectively against defenders, and also for his ability to filter passes and have goals as the end goal. Last season, wearing Ajax’s jersey, he scored seven goals and provided three assists in thirteen matches in the country’s second-tier league.
The new Girona player made his professional debut at the age of 17 with Ajax’s reserve team and has been capped for the Netherlands’ youth national teams.
