Official: Koji Kurosaki No Longer Serving as Head Coach of Qingdao West Coast

On July 29, Qingdao West Coast officially announced that Koji Kurosaki is no longer serving as the head coach of the first team of Qingdao West Coast Football Club.

The official statement from West Coast reads, “Recently, due to personal reasons, head coach Mr. Koji Kurosaki submitted his resignation to the club. Following a decision by the board of directors, Mr. Koji Kurosaki is no longer serving as the head coach of the first team of Qingdao West Coast Football Club starting from today.”

In addition, West Coast extended their best wishes to him, “Since officially taking up the position of head coach of the first team on January 2, 2024, Mr. Koji Kurosaki led the team in active training and serious preparations for various competitions, demonstrating high levels of professional competence and dedication in his work. The club expresses its sincere gratitude for the efforts and contributions Mr. Koji Kurosaki made during his tenure towards the development of the team. We wish Mr. Koji Kurosaki all the best in his future life and career.”
