Tuttosport reports that Denzel Dumfries is on the verge of officially renewing his contract with Inter Milan.
Today, both Dutch internationals Denzel Dumfries and Stefan de Vrij have returned to Inter’s training ground. Dumfries’ agent will soon arrive in Milan to conclude the final negotiations for the contract renewal.
The saga surrounding Dumfries’ renewal is about to end. In order to finalize the agreement as soon as possible, Dumfries has made some concessions, reducing his initial demand for a €5m annual salary. Both parties have now reached an agreement on a post-tax annual salary of €4m, and the new contract will run until 2028.
