French Ligue 1 club Stade Rennais has officially announced the signing of central defender Erik Ostigard from Napoli.
The 24-year-old Ostigard, a product of the Molde youth academy, has previously played for clubs such as Brighton and Genoa. In 2022, he joined Napoli for a transfer fee of 5.5 million euros, making 43 appearances and scoring three goals over two seasons.
Ostigard will sign a three-year contract with Rennes, with media reports indicating that the transfer fee is 7 million euros.
