On August 2, the A-League officially announced the schedule for the 24/25 season. This season, the A-League has expanded to 13 teams. The opening match will take place on October 18, with a total of 29 rounds, and the final round will conclude on May 4 next year.
In the first round of matches, the opener will feature Central Coast Mariners hosting Melbourne Victory. The A-League commissioner stated, “This year marks the 20th anniversary of the A-League, which is going to be incredibly exciting. Building on last season, we can expect even more thrilling football matches.”
