In the recently concluded Round of 32 Olympic Table Tennis Men’s Singles match, Swedish player Morangard defeated Chinese player Wang Chuqin 4-2 and advanced. In a post-match interview, he also expressed his desire to play in China.
Morangard stated: “Playing in China has been one of the most wonderful experiences of my table tennis career, and I hope I have the chance to play there again. If any club is interested in me, please get in touch!”
It’s worth noting that last year Morangard joined the Lexuan Sports Group as a foreign player, participating in the 2023 season of the Chinese Table Tennis Club Super League, making him the only foreign player in the league last year.
