On August 7, Dr. Kenneth Tam, Executive Director of Corporate Affairs at the Hong Kong Jockey Club, announced on his social media that the Club welcomes Jiang Minhui, the gold medalist in women’s individual fencing at the 2024 Paris Olympics, to join the company. He noted that Jiang will take up her new role as Assistant Manager for External Affairs on August 11 local time.
It is understood that she will be involved in various areas of work, assisting with a range of projects covering community welfare, youth affairs, and sports development; she will also manage the communication between the Hong Kong Jockey Club’s Corporate Affairs Department and stakeholders from different sectors.
On August 4, Jiang Minhui announced on her social media that she was “saying goodbye to her full-time fencing career” and indicated that she has new career developments.
