Villarreal has officially announced that the team has signed former Arsenal player Nicolas Pépé from Trabzon on a free transfer.
The Ivorian winger, Pépé, aged 29 this year, joined the Gunners from Lille in 2019 and was later loaned to Nice. In September 2023, he transferred to Trabzon in Turkey as a free agent. Upon the expiration of his contract, he has now moved to Villarreal, where he has signed until 2026.
