August 7, after the conclusion of all swimming events at the Paris Olympics, the Chinese Swimming Team returned home yesterday. Pan Zhanle said, “I think the worst thing I did was probably speaking out of turn after the race. Chalmers may have really not seen me, as they were quite excited about winning the silver medal. Previously, after the 100m freestyle event, Pan Zhanle told reporters in his post-race interview, “After the relay race, I tried to greet Chalmers, but he completely ignored me.”
“Now, because of my impulsive comment then, he has been cyberbullied, and I do regret it,” Pan Zhanle added.
