BBC reports that Chelsea midfielder Enzo has been found guilty for failing to identify the driver of a Porsche suspected of running a red light in Carmarthenshire.
Enzo was charged with not providing information to Dyfed-Powys Police last December. At Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, he was found guilty in his absence. He will be sentenced in Llanelli on September 11.
The magistrates adjourned the case to consider whether there are any mitigating circumstances and decided not to disqualify him from driving.
The address provided by Enzo to the court is Chelsea’s training ground in Surrey. He was charged with driving a Porsche Cayenne through a red light on Church Street, Llanelli, in November 2023. He was also charged with driving the same vehicle without insurance on the same day. However, as Enzo did not contest these charges, they were dismissed.
