On July 31, Rashford spoke in an interview with Manchester United’s official channel.
Rashford said, “I think we trained well ahead of the new season. Although we didn’t win against Arsenal, and we are disappointed about that, I think we still put on some good performances against a strong opponent. So there are still things we can learn from it, but obviously, we want to win more games in the future. You know, it’s always great to come to America for the pre-season. I think there are good training facilities here. We can do what we need to do in our training sessions. Time seems to fly when we arrive in the U.S., and we have a lot of fun.”
When asked about his feelings playing for Manchester United, Rashford responded, “You know, I’m still dreaming of winning major trophies like the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League with Manchester United. So, you know, hopefully, we can make that dream come true.”
