Premier League club Nottingham Forest has officially announced the signing of Paraguayan forward Ramon Sosa.
The 24-year-old Ramon Sosa, a product of Paraguayan powerhouse Olimpia Asuncion’s youth academy, played for Argentine Primera Division club Talleres over the past two seasons. This season, he made 21 appearances for the club, 18 of which were starts, contributing 7 goals and 6 assists. In terms of national team performances, Ramon Sosa participated in this summer’s Copa America with Paraguay, making 3 appearances and providing 1 goal and 1 assist.
It is reported that the transfer fee for Sosa was 12 million euros.
