Leakage! Manchester United's Coach's Tactic Board Captured by TV Cameras, Corner Kick Defense Tactics Revealed

In the Premier League’s opening match which took place in the early morning of August 17, Manchester United defeated Fulham 1-0. During this game, Manchester United’s forward, Zirkzee, was photographed receiving tactical instructions from the coaching staff just before coming on as a substitute, and the coach’s tactics board was accidentally exposed by live television.

Zirkzee replaced Mason Mount with about 30 minutes left in the game. As he was preparing to come onto the pitch, he was captured talking with a member of the Manchester United coaching staff and carefully looking at the tactics board.

The information on the tactics board was clearly caught by the TV cameras, showing that Manchester United had set up a special defensive system to counter the opponent’s corner kick attacks.

The coach instructed Zirkzee on how to position himself during corner kick defense and how to effectively support his teammates to ensure the team’s defense remained solid. This tactical deployment by Manchester United proved effective as they successfully defended their goal throughout the game and ultimately secured the win with an important three points thanks to Zirkzee’s goal in the 87th minute.

After scoring, Zirkzee expressed his joy with his signature “shooting” celebration gesture. The next game for Manchester United will be an away match against Brighton on August 24.
