According to Spanish media Relevo, sources close to Alaba have revealed that the Real Madrid defender is expected to return to grass training within two weeks.
Alaba unfortunately suffered a severe injury with a tear of the left knee cruciate ligament in December last year. Initially, it was expected that he would be forced to wait until 2025 to return. Before the start of this season, there were reports that Alaba might return in October or November this year.
Alaba joined Real Madrid on a free transfer in the summer of 2021 and has so far made a total of 102 appearances for Real Madrid, contributing 5 goals and 9 assists.
