Famous transfer journalist Romano reports that Roma center-back Chris Smalling is set to join Al-Fayha in the Saudi League, where he will sign a two-year contract with the team.
The 34-year-old Smalling joined Roma from Manchester United in 2019. Over five seasons, he made 155 appearances across all competitions for the club, scoring 10 goals and providing 4 assists, and won the Europa Conference League once with the team.
On Monday next week, Smalling will undergo a medical in Rome before officially joining Al-Fayha. Meanwhile, Roma has already signed free agent Hermoso as his replacement.
