According to well-known journalist Plattenberger from German Sky Sports, Manchester United have not abandoned their plans to bring in Paris Saint-Germain’s defensive midfielder Ugarte and may complete the transfer on a loan-to-buy basis.
Plattenberger wrote on social media: “As we reported last month, the transfer of Ugarte with a mandatory buyout clause after a loan is still a feasible option for both Manchester United and PSG!”
