Although Mbappe finally completed his transfer to Real Madrid this summer, his story with PSG is not yet fully concluded. Previously, Mbappe’s side demanded that PSG pay him the remaining 55 million euros from his previous contract. However, PSG refused to make the payment, claiming that Mbappe did not fulfill the commitments outlined in his contract.

After receiving Mbappe’s appeal, the LFP also requested that PSG promptly pay the wages owed. However, PSG subsequently appealed this decision by the LFP, leading both parties to face off in court.

According to L’Equipe, the LFP Appeals Committee has summoned PSG and Mbappe to appear together in court on October 15th to confront each other over the disputed salary of 55 million euros. Following this, the committee will decide whether this amount should be paid based on the statements and evidence presented by both sides.

Furthermore, even if PSG’s appeal is rejected by the LFP, they can continue to appeal to the French Football Federation or initiate a civil lawsuit in court. It seems that the dispute over these 55 million euros may continue for some time.
